- Brexit means I can buy The Cursed Child at a cheaper price.
- Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri! Which is pretty awesome not just because it was fun seeing a kelaidescope of people dressed in their brightest, glitterest best, all beaming at the world, but also:
- public holiday yay! I watched Tarzan I was a bit worried that it was going to be cheesy and clichéd. There are definitly moments where I felt it was rather "white man the conquerer" but those moments were brief. I thought of it mainly as a fantasy movie, in which case the adventure aspects worked pretty well. Plot was rather underdone, but it's not really tight plotting that one looks for. Rather good flashbacks in the midst of action, though one worries for Tarzan when it looks like he's lost in the past. Entertaining.
