College was terrible! Partly because I could never remember the contents of the books even right after I'd finished reading them. With fanfic, a) there's an ongoing consistent works it's building off of, b) there's no test, and c) no one really expects you to remember the details! No shame in not reading books!
I don't think I've ever heard of CLAMP and google is failing me. Who/what is it?
