Me: *It's a letter* It should be for the ____ (aka the Matter we're acting for you). I don't have your file at hand, but can you tell me if you made the payment requested?
Client: I don't know whether we did that.
Me: *Argh*
There are times when I really wonder how essential my service could be.

I've begun re-watching Guardian. I think it goes better because I can't quite focus fully on it, so I can't get thrown out by the parts that frustrated me last time, and of course the leads are lovely.
I sewed my face masks with black ribbons ties so I can pretend I'm Wei Wuxian while putting it on and taking it off, aka the Untamed? Small moments of consolation during a stressful time.
