Dear lawyer

It is not polite to tsk out loud (or sigh) when the defence counsel launches another (admittedly what seems to me, too, like a meaningless) line of questioning. Especially as the judge has been super patient; you should, too. You're just making yourself sound like an ass.

Also: do you realise your habit of switching your train of thought every two seconds has thoroughly confused the witness? Take a deep breath and think. Also II: I find it pathetic that apparently you can't remember the name of the guy in the witness box.
