Jul. 21st, 2013 12:53 pmHave heard of this but never read it until last night: The Fourth Cetaganda War, Ivan Vorpatril, Vorkosigan, AU after Diplomatic Immunity, by Glishara. There's loads of canon character death, so please read the author's notes. Part 1 is completed but part 2 is WIP, and hasn't been updated since 2011.
From sherlockbbc and f-list:
The Bird Diviner series, fairy-tale and folk talk retellings, Sherlock, by aderyn
Resign Yourself to Me; Or, a Very Short Engagement, Sherlock/John, by lei_che_sogna
Sickly Sweet, Sherlock, Mycroft, Hansel and Gretel retelling, by wiggleofjudas
The Private Life of Anderson, crack, Sherlock, by Persiflager
***
How to Train Your Dragon 2 trailer. Looking forward to the movie, which comes out next June. I am so amused at how the majority of comments are about Hiccup's hawtness. I am more curious about those flying fish/dragon-y creatures in the ocean. Does this mean you have dragons that 'fly' underwater (like penguins!), because that would be fascinating. I mean, I don't know if I should read the books - does it talk about whether this universe is one where there are way more reptile-ly creatures than in ours?
